National dialogue: parliamentarians sign an appeal for women's participation

The network of male parliamentarians committed to positive masculinity, led by national deputy Marcel Doundou, held a dinner on 5 October 2026 at the Memling Hotel. An advocacy note for women's effective participation in peace mechanisms and national dialogue was read before the press and signed.

Parliamentarians, positive masculinity ambassadors, women leaders and civil society representatives attended. UNDP, Rien Sans Les Femmes and UN Women provided technical and financial support. Participants defended women's presence in bodies where national decisions are made.
